This is a very well maintained and extremely clean facility. The hallways and storage bays are polished and always looks nice. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I would highly suggest the use of this storage center for your storage needs.

Ellinore runs a superb storage location. Inside the unit and outside the building are very clean. All emails and qiestions regarding the unit are answered promptly. I highly recommend this location.
The door was broken and would not stay up I reported this to the manager and he gave me a rag to stuff in the tracks of the door. This could have caused an injury.I will not be using this storage again or recommend due to the fact that they do not prorate and my door was broken. I paid 198.00 on the 19th of the month and moved out on the 4th of the following month.They do not prorate
First of all I was supposed to get one month of storage free. I didn’t ask for climate controlled storage but that’s what they put me in at $104 a month. I was tired from moving and didn’t notice the paperwork until it was too late to change it. Then after many months of paying that amount I finally moved out before my rent was due and I notified the manager. And guess what? I was still charged $104 even though I’m no longer using the storage space. Now I’m still trying to get a refund. The facility is nice but the business practices are not.
Was very pleased with the experience and Was very welcomed as a customer. Theresa is a great worker and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer gets all that is needed and at a cost effective manner. Will definitely use U-Haul for my future rentaks etc and refer friends as well.
