NOEL V | Overall ExperienceYou park U-Haul trucks and trailers all over the parking area and drive-through’s. There were many times I was not able to get my trailer to my unit. I complained multiple times but nothing was ever done. I do not believe I should’ve had to have paid for my unit like I did because I couldn’t get to it many times. If you’re going to rent trucks and trailers, have their own parking place and don’t take the space away from the storage unit. That is why I’m leaving. Terrible.
