Roaches infested my stuff that I entrusted U-Haul to take care of while we looked for our new home after moving. Those roaches have now infested our new family home days after closing. Will never trust U-Haul again. Disgusted that they allowed roaches to get in my belongings and infest my new house!

I got tired of waiting for it to get fixed. The rising cost and lowering value did not make sense. The desk people were great, but appeared to have little input.
