Large doors to move furniture were often out of order, and the other door was often broken and wouldn’t close properly, lots of sketchy people around, and every year for the past 3 years or more the price is increasing. Can find larger units for less somewhere else. Staff was not very helpful and didn’t seem happy to work there.

Those roaches have now infested our new family home days after closing. Will never trust U-Haul again. Disgusted that they allowed roaches to get in my belongings and infest my new house!
