robert L. | Overall ExperienceI was so overwhelmed walking in thinking I wasn’t going to find a storage for my stuff, they helped me out very fast and they were really nice and cheaper than I thought. Could’ve saved a lot of time just calling uhaul first. Everyone else has these extra charges I wasn’t okay with for small space. So that they could accommodate me!!!
Tadayje B. | First ImpressionsU haul provided what I needed. I wish this facility had more loading docks other than the 3 it has it has for use for more trucks to be able to be to unload / load easily. Oh and more freight elevators. Other than that this place is great!
anthony g. | Overall ExperienceCustomer service here in the office is awful, however the maintenance people are great. However when I needed the late payment lock cut off of my unit it took the manager 45 minutes just to send someone else from maintenence to cut it off and he told them the wrong unit number so they were lost until I called them down for help. They do not answer the phones hardly ever, very unfriendly. Not satisfied AT ALL with the storage or rental part of this particular uhaul location. DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

MARLAN S. | First ImpressionsI empty out my unit and you still took my next payment and wouldn't refund it. So you basically stole 72 dollars from me. I understand that I moved out the same day U-Haul received my payment but U-Haul still could have worked with me. Because of people living in units access was limited which made it an inconvenience to move my stuff out. I asked about a refund and the lady laughed and said sorry you lost it.
