They even held my cell charger till I had a chance to pick it up. Great job everyone.

My previous rentals have been satisfactory, this particular truck the ramp was very difficult to push back into its slot, there was a bar under the right side that needed to be rewelded

I only used the 15 foot truck for a couple of hours and was charged $96 plus $15 gas! Ridiculous!

Attendant not helpful. Never left his seat for the entire pick up transaction. Handed us the key and pointed out to the lot where the truck was located. Turns out he also gave us a key with the wrong code for our truck. Caused us to have issues upon returning the truck after an 8 hour ride! Will not use Uhaul again.

Get better authorized service locations and make sure they have cameras and an actual station to rent equipment from. Not where they use their mobile phones to conduct business. WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE WITH U HAUL!!! I DIDN'T EVEN RETURN THE TRUCK TO THE HICKORY LOCATION. I RETURNED IT TO THE CHARLOTTE LOCATION I GOT IT FROM!!! HOW CAN I RETURN A TRUCK IN HICKORY WHILE I'M AT WORK IN CHARLOTTE???? SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY NOT ADDING UP!!! BUNCH OF CROOKS AT THE ROZZELLES FERRY BUSY MART LOCATION!!!

I find it unbelievable that a location of this size only has two 17 foot trucks one of which was in the shop and the other was being rented. Luckily, the 15 foot truck was sufficient but just barely. But it’s still better than budget or Penske

When renting my uhaul we didn't go look at it at all. Once I got the uhaul and loaded it from my uhaul unit at s me location I noticed the gas was not where it should have been by the paper work. I told a employee an older man he said that was not his problem and I should have told them sooner. On top of that it costed me 160.00 to use a truck and trailer. Plus 35 in gas to go 52 miles. I priced the same move though other companies and I could have saved like 65 bucks. No happy will not return.

I've also picked up a truck at the location where I dropped the recent rental off, and they were very efficient, friendly and quick with great service.

When I picked-up the truck the moving blankets that I ordered were not in the truck. I had to call the company to cancel it so I would not be charged for those.

Make sure the vehicles are full of gas. That way all the next customer has to do is leave it full! It is a guessing game to try to figure out how to full a tank to 3/8s. And it’s unfair to the customer to put more in that was used. Just leaving it on full makes sure that all the next customer has to do is leave it on full as well. Easy for everyone, including UHaul.

The person who gave me my Sales she had just came on duty but whoever inspected the van that it was clean it wasn’t. Whoever had it before had spilt oil in the back of it and I almost fell in the back. Plus my furniture got oil on it as well so I’m kind of upset.

keep up the good work

I understand the holidays are a thing, don't get me wrong! I reserved a cargo van to help a friend move a few items from his apartment, $20. Plus $10 for insurance and mileage, neat! Since it's just in town I should be able to do this for under $50; since I'm a normal person and it's the holidays, that's max on my gift budget. I get to the location (after being sent to a UHaul storage center first with my confirmation email), and start filling out paperwork. They've moved me to a 15 foot truck, since they're out of cargo vans and 10 footers. I would be fine-ish with this if a. I didn't have to notice it myself/was called ahead of time, and b. I was charged the price of what I actually reserved. I find it incredibly unfair to tell someone the vehicle they reserved will be there, and then trap them in the moment with a more expensive vehicle/insurance package. Too late to go somewhere else, right? The employees got rather condescending when I asked about maybe being able to pay what I was quoted instead. I'm not an entitled person, I just wanted what they said I could use. On the day they said I could use it. :C

Best uhaul location I have ever been to. All of the help were excellent at their job.

The first two locations no one showed up. I had an appointment at 9am to pick up. After being sent by U Haul to 2 other locations, I finally arrived here 30 minutes away at 11am. I lost a $180 having to pay movers for two extra hours while they waited.

I was impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of the folks at this location. One suggestion: It would be a good thing to clean the inside of the windshield of the vehicles. The streaks seem to cause sunlight to create a glare for the driver especially when driving toward the sun.

Be clear where the number of the truck will be and keys if it is a 24 hr pick up.

The vehicle was very dirty and need washed ,otherwise it was a good experience.

BIG SCREWUP AT FIRST! I rented, and checked twice, to get an open 5 by 9 trailer at Hickory site and when i got there was told it COULD NOT GUARANTEE that OPEN trailer, it did not have one, but there might be one another 45 minutes away, making me very late for a scheduled pickup. The clerk there, a young woman, bailed me out with covered trailer at same price. My initial contact was through a national UHaul site in Arizona. The young woman told me that KIND OF SCREWUP happens all the time. WELL FIX IT111111
