Would leave the gate open all the time to where our storage unit got broken in to 24 hrs before we was moving out of it then when we requested a move out they are still charging for two months then they blow your phone up non stop if you are 1 day late very poor service and then to top it off the unit we did have with them for 3 years apparently had been leaking from the trailer top where the storage unit would of continued to attach to the truck where the little top storage is and ruin all furniture that was brand new mold in everything of ours ruined and rusted bc of that !!! Very poor quality of service!!! Would not go here !!!

William M | Overall ExperienceThe first time I went in, I was just gathering information. Everything sounded good, but I was not ready to commit yet. So, I came back the next day and a different agent was there. He was thorough also and gave me more information as to what was available and that I should come back in a couple of days because the unit will be available then and I can secure it. When I returned in a few days it was ready, and I have my unit. Everyone and everything worked perfectly in my favor. I'm glad I chose this location. It is convenient and very well managed.

stephanie B | Overall ExperienceThe unit they told me was online check in would not allow me to do so, they moved me to a different unit at another location but I had to pay for it, there wasn’t a lock inside so I had to leave my storage unlocked until the next morning. They did end up refunding my payment and giving me a lock. It was risky and I’m not sure I would go through that again
