LORINE H | Overall ExperienceWorst experience I ever had. Never lease an indoor unit on first floor. I was not told this until all of my items was damaged due to mold . They stated the first floor was not climate controlled , you will think because it’s inside of a building . But after discovering my things was molded and I had lost majority of my possessions. I went to the manager Amir who was a complete jerk . He was so aggressive when I explained to him about my things and he then stated that we don’t hv no money to give u so what u want us to do . I was livid . I’m still working on this case . I just warning everyone do not lease here . And no I didn’t get rental insurance bc I didn’t think I needed it due to my things being inside of a locked secure building with climate controlled.
