This was the most hurtful, bad experience I ever had. From day one when I first walk into the main location before going to hiram clarke location. The African American male bold head male. He was so disrespectful, he was yelling at my telling me. That he 3 or so references. Than when I start writing ✍️ the 1st references. He start yelling telling me hurry up. Almost cursing and told me nevermind he can only use 1 references. Which he never call or verify references. Than he stood up in front of other yelling about charging me more money because he in charge. He gave me wrong paperwork and telling argument when African American female Co worker about something personal. Than they kept turning my access card off. One time they lied and put a lock on my storage. Saying come pay him more money . But I call customer service and report i have my receipt I don't owe any money. So they took the lock off. I reported to female African American manager. But she didn't nothing.

The hold time to talk to someone is long, and I didn’t like the fact that rent is not pro rated.

I cleared out and took pictures of my empty unit, which was pretty straightforward, went to their location on main St and was met yet again, with great service.
