Chandra H | Overall ExperienceMy wallet was stolen from a truck within 30-45 minutes of me returning the rental. All doors were locked when keys were returned to a young black lady working in the office 12/06 between the hours of 4:00pm-5:00. My wallet was left in a slot on the dash of the truck. The property manager was of no assistance. She promised to contact the security company responsible for surveillance of the property to obtain video footage of the truck to determine who accessed the vehicle after returning it in parking spot “C” out front of the brick and mortar. The property manager was communicating with me via text message but all communication ceased and I never hear back after the date she stated video footage would be available. My texts received no reply starting 12/10/2025 around 1pm. I have contacted my attorney as Uhaul has deliberately ignored my request for assistance.
