Some of the younger employees may not mention names need more customer care training. They are not very friendly and not helpful to a client satisfaction level. Showing ypu around is a problem and don't seem to care about the company.
Vincent A | First ImpressionsI have rented from uhaual for years, and when I needed to remove my things and rent a truck, I was refused because my daughter had a balance , and she was related to me , they refused me a truck my daughter doesn't live with me she was there helping me, while I went to the rest room, she was asked for her Tx D.L. but I was renting the truck , and they ask for a contact person I gave her name, with that being said, I couldn't rent a truck to go 8mins down the road, so I unpacked using my own personal vehicle, I was so disappointed in that uhaul on richy rd and 45 Corey was the manager, and a young black man with his name tag turned around he was young and very impatient. I will never use them again.

Starletta H | Overall ExperienceFrom start to finish my experience with UHaul has exceeded my expectations in all areas! From the moment of making a reservation of a one way out of state truck rental to securing the perfect amount of space required for storage as well as adding the well needed muscles of extra strength in moving pros you can choose to the move out! The local team particularly at this location and specifically the manager Corry went over and above what I would have ever anticipated and their security was top notch! I plan on highly recommending UHaul to everyone and anyone whom’s planning on moving from here on. Did ya’ll even know that UHaul has those pod type things that you don’t even have to transport yourself, they do it all should you choose that route at such a huge cost savings to that other company. Another thing to note is when the truck was rented UHaul reached out to see if we were interested in helping them out with other logistical things at a drastically reduced cost to our own incurred expenses which was phenomenal especially as moving costs can add up quickly. I loved the easy checkin experience where you only needed your smart phone. I’m looking forward to my next UHaul necessities which is a huge 5 star golden rating by me.
