I distinctly remember telling Connie’s husband when I moved in there in 2019 that there wasn’t one in there and he told me that he would put one in there.. from the position of my furniture I could never tell if it was there obviously he never did it …when I finally moved everything out this Saturday on the.30th there still was not one in there!

Not ever bad, but usually tired and too busy to truly care to deliver award-winning service. Diamond at Terrace Oaks is just as bright and dazzling as her appropriate name. She was warm and friendly and so proficient at her tasks, that I was able to set-up a truck, dolly, cargo trailer picked up in one city and left in another, a storage shed for one month and boxes in just a few minutes. Thank you Diamond and U-Haul!

The employee was rude and unprofessional, taking forever to find my reservation and then trying to charge me for a free promotion. She wasted two hours of my time due to her inexperience, and when I asked her to fix a link that expired because of her delays, she just made things up. She even messed up the storage unit key card multiple times and acted like it was my fault. In the end, I got a truck with a Check Engine light and bad driving condition. Overall, it was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had.
