JENEBA J | Overall ExperienceWhen I first booked online, I secured a big storage that was confirmed. The day I went to check in, it wasn’t available so I just ended up needing one overall. When I went to cancel the storage, it was closed inside with a rep and I was told I didn’t need anything else which was on 11/16. I received correspondence on after that so I cancelled online on 11/19 again. On 11/30, I received a late notice even though I got confirmation previously it would be closed and spoke with a representative that it was a glitch to disregard. On 12/3 I received a voicemail that my payment was late once again. This should be way more organized than this. I finally got the notification it’s closed.
