Sergio M | Overall ExperienceThe employees have a really bad working environment. Power comes and goes, Computers are outdated and takes forever to reboot, leaving the customers wanting. No electricity to elevator. No way to access 2nd floor storage unit. Employee said we can take the stairs. We have heavy appliances. I extended the rental on the 15’ truck until I’m able to get back to storage. Im hoping that UHaul has repairs completed prior to me returning. This is my first experience using UHaul, I hope it get better.

CESAR P | First ImpressionsI was a customer at this facility 3 years in 5 months every time I had a problem. I'd simply call them are. Updates, I didn't tell you extend my bill. Cause I'd like to cause a life problems for extra week or 2. They had no problem with that. They were very helpful. They always reminded me when I had to pay my bill. I'm in third journey. Great people had a wonderful experience. Cause my needs storage needs. I will go back to that facility
