trust l | Overall ExperienceMy brother had a storage unit there for many years. For several years they were fraudulently charging the payment to my personal account. With no written permission and no authorization by me. I am preparing to sue them for two and a half years of rental charges charge to my private bank account without my authorization. Caution caution caution they commit fraud.

NICOLE B | First Impressionsmy storage unit was overrun by mice and silverfish, the mice chewed through numerous boxes ruining the contents. when I notified an employee they stated that nothing could be done until I moved out. You have office hours posted on the door but often there is no one there. If you are going to post you're hours of operation at least have someone there! I'm not a happy customer.

lee c | Overall ExperienceWorked in a pinch while recovering from Hurricane Helene. The advertised 1 month Free rent was soon negated by a rent increase. The unit measurements are not a true 10'×15' more like 9'×14'. The day I moved in the door was off track and had to wait 1+ hours on someone to come repair. Main gate wide open not working on several occasions. In my opinion the rent is fairly high for what you get. Would only recommend if you're desperate like I was.

Willette Y | Overall ExperienceShag carpet on roof spreads drops all over your belongings. Bugs all over the unit. Leaks in roof caused damage to my belongings. Needed to purchase fast after hit by hurricane but storing my items here ruined my mattresses and tables. Make sure to buy the insurance (I didn't because I wasn't aware the facility had all these issues) I did call the facility to try to resolve my issues but was told that without purchasing the insurance, there was nothing they could do. My recommendation is to always get the insurance.
