Courteous, but when a customer does a confirmation and they are told what cost will be,when they arrive the day of rental. The price should be what ever is quoted over the phone., the total amount. Most people budget themselves to have enough money on the road. Thank you for the Uhaul in Jackson Tenn. Are very courteous, and nice I give them an (A).

ADRIAN D | Overall ExperienceThe staff here don’t like their jobs and everyone can tell. The service is very slow and employees are often spotted on their phones while attending to customers. And the policies of uhaul as a whole are ridiculous. Having to pay an entire months rent when you’re moving two days after your bill is due is utterly ridiculous.
