It’s not climate controlled there were bugs roaches and lizards in or near the unit and the women at the front office were awful!

jaccob b | Overall ExperienceThe storage staff was great. However the climate control storage has an issue with roaches. And being that I had things in my storage that I have to use for my setups it was very inconvenient for me.

Bugs everywhere and it smelled as someone was urinating over the floors. Most of my big items had to get thrown away and I hate that ! Things are expensive nowadays !

Calvin j | Overall ExperienceClosing the unit was an absolute nightmare. I closed the unit in November and was pretty much harassed for not closing it for over 6 months. Absolutely horrid experience. The only saving grace about the unit was it was clean other than that i have not had a positive time with this uhaul
