Score would’ve been excellent but a pipe busted or they had a water leak and cause damage to some of our belongings which included some antique and vintage pieces.

The staff here don’t like their jobs and everyone can tell. The service is very slow and employees are often spotted on their phones while attending to customers. And the policies of uhaul as a whole are ridiculous. Having to pay an entire months rent when you’re moving two days after your bill is due is utterly ridiculous.
