Faith a | Overall ExperienceEverything in my storage unit came out covered in mold or had water damage. Asked the staff about it and she said that was on me. Someone had tried to cut the locks off of both storage units and they just said if someone steals my stuff call the cops. I wouldn't keep an anvil here overnight cause it would somehow get messed up.

Only to find out I was never offered insurance I was never informed of insurance. And I have pictures of were a rat or some sort of animal to the effect of a rat ate threw multiple stuff including alot of very sentimental things I am highly disappointed that I thought my belongings were safe and come to find out nothing was safe I also have pictures of the rat wholes in each side of my storage unit and also hornet nest all around the walls inside we put poisoning in our building multiple times but im assuming maybe a possum or something larger was the cause, I feel like I should be compensated somehow for these things I also have a large box full of everything that was chewed up or threw I have spoken with Cynthia at whatts in storage and she told me she would get with the owner and be in touch it has been nearly a week with no response, I would appreciate some kind of response if possible. I was considering re renting a larger unit for other purposes of storing but not so sure this will be my choice of place after what has happened thank you for your time, Jamie thomas
