TAMARA D | First ImpressionsThe security gate was constantly broken and stuck open where anyone could access the units. I called and left a message that I was moving out as I was instructed to do and no action was taken to close my unit. Then I went to the unit and did the close out procedures with the app. It showed it was in process. This was all before my next months rent was due. Then over a week later it has still not been closed out and was showing a late fee on my account. I then had to call and actually got a hold of someone and she said it would be taken care of but the late fee might still show but don’t worry about it. I checked and finally yesterday it appears to have been closed out. This is 2 weeks after requesting it be closed out.
