The security gate was constantly broken and stuck open where anyone could access the units. I called and left a message that I was moving out as I was instructed to do and no action was taken to close my unit. Then I went to the unit and did the close out procedures with the app. It showed it was in process. This was all before my next months rent was due. Then over a week later it has still not been closed out and was showing a late fee on my account. I then had to call and actually got a hold of someone and she said it would be taken care of but the late fee might still show but don’t worry about it. I checked and finally yesterday it appears to have been closed out. This is 2 weeks after requesting it be closed out.

Michael S | Overall ExperienceI am very appreciative and grateful for the staff allowing me to rent a unit and getting the first month for free. The staff was super helpful and very accommodating. I upset the manager and I felt horrible and was very embarrassed for the inconvenience in which I caused(unexpectedly getting U-Haul truck returned late and tun in to someone elses time to rent it who had it reserved) . Which was completely unfortunate bc it was 100% accidental. However, when I needed a unit and had minimal funds to work with, U-Haul came through for me. And they were super helpful and easy to deal with when renting the truck to take my belongings from my old unit to my new one. 😊
