The storage unit was easy to access with dolleys but we had a layer of black dust form on our items (which we only stored for 2 months) which felt very unclean and partially damaged our possessions.

The attached picture is the information about 1901. I urgently need clarification on the following points: 1. Was the auction for my unit conducted through StorageTreasures.com or via an in-person auction at the facility? 2. Could you please provide confirmation of the sale method, date, and platform? 3. I understand buyers’ privacy must be respected, but I kindly request that you forward my contact information to the winning bidder. There are important personal and irreplaceable items (e.g., documents, personal effects) I would like the opportunity to repurchase. I am willing to provide compensation to the buyer for their cooperation. I appreciate your assistance in forwarding this message to the appropriate department or directly to the buyer. He helped me with my truck so that move in would be easy. He did a lot of things he didn’t have to do just to make sure I had good customer service. I’ve worked in a lot of customer facing jobs and it’s extremely rare to find somebody as good as Shaquon. Treat him well!

Toilets were disgusting and broken. i was very disappointed when spending hours at storage with no access to use the bathrooms. There was also a leak on the ceiling with water coming down causing the floor to be wet.
