Had no issues while storing here. It would have been nice to get a partial refund since I had an auto pay set up and moved out 2 days after I got charged for the next month. But I guess that is not an option here .

On top of that I now have to bring the individual in now to authorize for my storage to be transferred over to me so I would say it was rather inconvenient and could’ve been easily avoided. The room was cleaned nicely but small negligences impact severely in many situations.

ANGELICA G. | First ImpressionsWish there was a full size loading elevator to second level. Having only stairs to access upper floor makes for inconvenient move ins especially when large heavy possessions are involved. Having an elevator would make move in process more convenient and time saving.

I had to throw out a lot of good items that I owned. I had the unit for 11 months and didn’t find this until move out. When I frequently visited to drop items off or pick some items up I didn’t notice it. I am in extreme disgust.
