Chase P | Online Move InEveryone their is very helpful. My unit had a leak and alot of our stuff got ruined cause of the water damage that turned into black mold. Nate was very apologetic and gave me the website to file the claim. After the claim people finished the case and mailed out the check Nate got us moved into a different unit. I am sad we lost a lot of stuff but I'm so glad that I purchased the insurance. Everyone felt bad that we lost a lot of sentimental items.

Cree S | Overall ExperienceI had a terrible experience with U-Haul that I feel needs to be addressed. My reservation was for 8 AM on a Saturday, but the truck provided was dirty and didn’t have the dolly I reserved. I had to drive to another location just to get the dolly, which was extremely inconvenient. Even worse, I couldn’t get a replacement truck until 12:30 PM because the location didn’t open until 10 AM. This delay pushed my schedule back by over 5 hours. Staff showed no empathy and there was a complete lack of urgency or accountability. The issues continued into Sunday when I went to access my reserved storage unit. The process took over an hour and a half, and the employee still couldn’t get me into my unit. I was told to come back the next day, which added even more stress and inconvenience to an already exhausting weekend. This entire experience was unacceptable. I was highly inconvenienced and lost valuable time due to U-Haul’s poor service and lack of coordination. I would like to request compensation for the delays and the trouble I experienced.
