I had the pleasure of meeting Nate and Jeremy while I was securing my storage unit. These guys are top tier!! Nate was incredibly thorough while explaining all the processes and paperwork with me. I never felt like he was rushed or going through the motions. He was genuinely happy to take his time and make sure I had all the information I needed. Jeremy showed me to my locker and explained the check-in process. The presence of an alarm made me feel like my stuff is in good hands and he did a great job explaining the procedure to me. The whole experience left me feeling like my stuff is in good hands. Thanks guys!!
Myrddin H | First ImpressionsEverything was good with the service,. The staff was very helpful at all times. Don’t leave your key to the lock at home because to cut the lock is almost $60.00. I didn’t like that cost! Overall, the service was good!

The black woman working there didnt even pull out the uhaul for us. i had to go over ice and reverse a haul when it shouldve been ready already. She told me the wrong directions also never showed me directly where the uhaul was located. Other than that its an alright uhaul and storage. Also moved out of my united recently and the man constantly hauling us down every move we made when we barely pulled in. I get he was tryna help and all but you dont had to monitor our every move soon as we get there

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and very helpful, however, you really can’t fully rent a storage unit online without a little assistance from employees physically on the property.
