I have used U-Haul multiple times in my moves over the past few years and have had an excellent experience every time. They are now a trusted moving and storage company and I do not think I will use anyone else so long as U-Haul is an option.

First moved out on 3/28 and processed the move-out in the app, but still received a late notice for April rent. The last time processing the move-out worked after I called staff. There needs to be instruction to verify with the staff after the move-out process. I relied on the app to do that. Otherwise, service was excellent and I highly recommend.
