First moved out on 3/28 and processed the move-out in the app, but still received a late notice for April rent. The last time processing the move-out worked after I called staff. There needs to be instruction to verify with the staff after the move-out process. I relied on the app to do that. Otherwise, service was excellent and I highly recommend.
