Keith S | Overall ExperienceOne day last week I came to the locker, there was no parking space at the AC building. 5 of the parking spots for customer to access their locker were occupied by UHAUL rental trucks. Others were occupied by private cars but non were using the Uhaul storage. I noted these UHaul rental trucks were moved with in a few days and they were parked across the street instead of the parking space rightly reserved for those customers. Charles Sun
Charles S | Overall ExperienceWell being a client for about 4 years, the rates were augmented at least four times without any notification. I felt that was unprofessional and tended toward scamming the clients. I still feel that we should have been recompensated when it was brought to their attention at least three times. And now that I'm not a client I still feel that this should be recompensated. Therefore I cannot give a superior compliment towards this company. And I shall let others know about this. Unless you forward some form of recompensation in the form of money and apology.
