How U-Haul Reviews WorkOur only concern is while we were moving in the alarm kept going off in the building. We were checked in so it wasn't us causing it, but it really hurts your ears and was extremely unpleasant. Not sure if there is a faulty sensor somewhere? Otherwise great experience so far.

After 14-consecutive summers spending several months in the Park, this was the perfect location & facility to store all our hiking essentials for year-after year!! Our flights from Orlando do to Kalispell each year, saved us from traveling with excessive needs each year. This facility was safe, clean, and the staff was wonderful!!

Ruth B | Overall ExperienceI found that the security system was generally unavailable or not working for most of the time we were renting there. Either the input pad was offline or our code would not work. For the last 8 weeks were told that the system had been upgraded and our code was being migrated but it was never recognized and opening our door never set off any alerts. I appreciated the climate controlled environment but didn't feel that there was sufficient security awareness for the price I paid. I also do not appreciate that I paid ahead for my unit and when we checked out a month before the account needed to be paid again we were informed that we weren't getting back the amount we paid ahead.
William R | Overall ExperienceIn the beginning I was informed by the staff if we were to check out earlier than expected there would be a credit on my account that was paid in full. My last day to check out was July 6, 2026 and I left the unit spotless when I checked out Saturday June 27. Maybe there was a miscommunication with the situation I'm not sure. All in all your facility was clean and I will recommend it to friends.
