Security system was constantly out of date. It was very ill in the back area at night at night, and we had transients in the area of our storage, fairly consistently without any kind of fencing around the facility

The pricing constantly changed month to month. Then my grandson deid and I could never get in touch with management to make arrangements to pay late. I had funeral expenses and didn't work for 2 1/2 months and never got calls back to my numerous calls. So they sent me letters dating there was a lein on my unit. Still charged me for every month since and they sold my things! They put a board with my pictures of family in the trash where a friend found them and put it on facebook! For all to see! I am horrified! Never will I ever use Uhaul again and will tell everyone about my experience and I know lots and lots of people! Thanks for reminding me how horrible people are in this place.
