NATHAN H | First ImpressionsThis review is for the U-Boxes and the storage unit. I’ve had nothing but issues. I had rented out two U-Boxes to be shipped here from Maine, it all made it safely but when I received a text that my boxes were at this location and ready to access, you guys said the boxes are there but you couldn’t find them. Said you need 24 hours notice every time I want to get inside the boxes with my belongings in them. Told you guys I would be back the very next day after 4pm. When I went in the next day at 5:30pm I dealt with the same man as the day before and he said he STILL didn’t know where they were. He had to text his coworkers and boss asking where the boxes are, and I had to wait there for 45 minutes just for an answer. Turns out the U-Boxes are located in the back of the building of the inside storage unit. Why couldn’t you have checked to see if it was back there instead of making me wait? Then once located, they were still bolted shut so I had to go back to get the employee to take those off and the boxes were too close to each other so I couldn’t open them. Seriously frustrating. Then I was told I could only access those boxes until 7pm because I don’t have an access code to the building because you only give out access codes to people with storage units. Even though I have paid you guys over $3k to get these boxes out here. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t just spend over an hour trying to locate and get into my boxes, then I had to rush to get what I wanted from the U-Boxes. I ended up renting a storage unit and putting my belongings in that and let the employees know that I was done with the U-Boxes. Two weeks later I miss a call from this location, no voicemail or text to let me know they have a question. I almost didn’t call back because I didn’t know who was calling me. The woman said they wanted to make sure I was done with the storage unit and still using the U-Boxes. Two weeks after I told them I was finished with the U-Boxes and using storage unit instead. Waste of my time. The employees truly don’t know what they’re doing. When I expressed my frustration about the situation over the phone, the woman just sighed at me. Sorry but why are you upset with me when all i’m trying to do is store my belongings there and access them when I need to? What is so hard about that? I’ll never ever do anything with this location ever again. Nobody knows what they’re doing, and when it involves all of my belongings, its concerning the lack of care the employees have. You’re lucky this review doesn’t go on Google. I have tried to be nice but you guys are pushing my last straw. I have spent a lot of money with you guys just to be treated like this. Its not right. Its an ongoing issue and such a huge headache when I just moved across the country. Do better. Train your employees to know what they’re doing.

The employees are untrustworthy and should not be in charge of other people belongings. I am desperate so I have to use this facility otherwise I would leave. No upper management to handle big issues.

Malia M | Overall ExperienceNice units however the card to swipe in or out worked like 10% of the time the 1st time. And the prices are outrageous compared to anywhere else in flathead valley uhaul is easily the most expensive being almost double to everyone else.
