U-Haul staff was very helpful. However, the facility where I picked up the trailer (a gas station) was not so friendly. I had to extend a couple of days and the guy sounded very upset I apologized and while I was talking, he hung the phone up. Otherwise, I’ve never had a problem with any U-Haul personnel or representatives.
