Due to the storage units not being heated or water-tight, there was a lot of mold and damage to property. Great customer service.

Debra S | Overall ExperienceFacility and unit were fine. I found the office manager a bit rude at times. During the height of COVID you were NOT allowed to wear a mask into the office. Supposedly for safety reasons but with a huge TRUMP sign right behind her on the wall....I felt it was politically motivated and I felt that I was needlessly exposing myself in order to do business with U Haul.
