JEFFREY B | Overall ExperienceWhile I was loading my unit the internal alarm went off. I called the manager and she was very happy to help me. She told me to go ahead and continue to load my unit and the alarm would be disabled. It was disabled but it continued to go off during our loading and it kept going off. We decided to just stop loading because of the deafening alarm. Other than the alarm going off my experience was great. Everyone there showed me great customer service.
SHARON B | First ImpressionsIf we are paying for the month or even a free month, we should be able to have access for 24 hours with through the gate to get to our storage. It’s not worth the money if we can’t get in the gate after 10pm. We are not kids, we are all adults so everybody isn’t sleep at 10pm.
KANETIA C | Overall ExperienceMy previous car storage vault for last three years was the same price, same security features, same access hours. However, there was a single point of failure in an Emergency Contact Phone Number. I live the majority of my time overseas employed by the US Government as a teacher. It is critical that I be able to access my car 7 days a week for whenever I fly into the local airport. At my previous storage facility, there was no posted Emergency Phone Number. The Manager said this required information continued to be blown down by the weather. I suggested the use of a painted permanent sigh. They had been working on this solution for many months. So, when I arrived on a weekend during normal posted access hours, I was unable to use my Access Code to enter the storage facility because of a new Access Code Procedure that required an human manager for first time use. I was prepared to wait until the following Monday, during normal posted access hours, to access my vehicle. At the U-Haul Storage facility, I found there were multiple Emergency Contact Phone numbers as well as the national U-Haul Telephone Contact information. I switched to the U-Haul Storage facility that same hour.
