I had a storage unit there but my daughter’s boyfriend was able to go in and tell them I had given prior permission to put my storage unit with my stuff in his name. The guy who did this name was Logan. I called and he said he shouldn’t have done that. He told me to call back the next day and talk with the manager. I called the next day and spoke with Eluh. She told me she knew nothing about it and would check into it and call me back. After a week of not hearing back from her I called back and spoke with her again. She told me it was a family matter and that I would have to deal with it outside of U-Haul. I called the corporate number and the lady I spoke with said that it should have been resolved and put it back in my name. I ended up calling corporate back that evening as I felt the matter wasn’t resolved and spoke with another corporate person. He had a higher up call me. She had us set up a time because I told her I was taking my stuff out and didn’t want a unit there anymore since this was able to happen. I told her I felt like something needed to be down about Logan and Eluh.
