Teejan M | Overall ExperienceI rented a truck and storage facility Friday and ended up having to extend for an additional day. I was charged 79 the initial rental to be charged again for additional day for 46 dollars. Fast forward to Monday, I found out I never received my refund for unused mileage. Staff did bare minimum when helping with renting my truck and storage facility, all to find out I was not charged or helped how I should been! I most certainly will not be recommending anyone to this location due to my experience.

According to the promotion there should have been free lock in the cubical but I had to go to customer service to obtain it. other wise a great experience. Great customer service and attention.
