BUNNIE C | First ImpressionsI’m happy I got the storage unit I needed but ended up switching to another one that looks like it had just been vacant, took pictures of the door had two small holes, and did show the picture to staff, he said they were closing, he seemed like a new staff member, but the unit seemed clean. I also didn’t have time to buy a lock, had to order one through DoorDash, because the office closed, staff was in there but didn’t want to bother them and couldn’t also return the van rental equipment, because the office closed a little before 5PM. Was advised to return the rental van through the website. And I did and only had cash to pay I had mentioned to staff. I was there early but took a while to get everything situated.

I wish U-Haul had Senior citizens discounts cuz living on social security benefits just isn’t enough. Anyway thanks for all the services provided. Experience was excellent.
