The customer service is quite poor, I went to get something out of my storage unit and there was a lock on it. When I first got to the desk, the young man was helping another customer, so as I was waiting he never acknowledge me, never said I’ll be right with you ma’am, or someone will be with you in just a moment. He continued helping the person, Walked out with the person turn around and looked at me and continued walking, still no comment. second employee came to the desk a few minutes later and I informed him that there was a lock on my unit and that there shouldn’t be as it on auto pay and that it had been paid on 10-24 and was not due again until 11-24, he said oh we can take the lock off. No explanation was ever offered no apology and then not another word was spoken from the guy all the way up to take the lock off the unit. So I wonder would y’all have just auctioned off all of my belongings if I hadn’t have had to go get a gift out of storage? The only friendly person there was the young lady that cleans. And no, I would not recommend this U-Haul to any of my friends.
