Couldn't get out through the gate one night but elizabeth was helpful and said she would rescue us if needed. Don't think gate was fixed when I moved out. Office hours normal and 10 pm access nice but later would be better. Staff was friendly. No excuse why the owner can't mantain the business better with amount of money made every month

And while I should have obtained insurance, I did not think I would have to be insured against the storage place itself. You would think for the money you pay, being dry would be one of the expectations.

My belongings were at a different storage facility for 4 years and was alot cleaner prior to this storage facility. I believe due to open ceiling with all other units is the problem. Very nice friendly staff.
