Perhaps a larger parking lot would better the experience. It's very limited.

The woman who helped me out was wonderful, super friendly, and was very helpful. The facility was very clean and organized as well. Will be returning to this location for any of my hauling needs!
Andrew DThe whole experience was great! When I went to pick up the initial trailer I reserved, I underestimated the size. Erin was able to get me into a right size trailer seamlessly and quickly. She was terrific- I look forward to renting from that location again!!
Domenic LWorker was lazy and petty. Charged a $25 cleaning fee because she saw 2 screws and dust bunnies. Also, charged $20 after hours fee because we put the key in the Dropbox on accident instead of walking it 10 feet further into the office.
SCOTT WI dont know where to put this comment because I dont know the cause - my pickup and drop off were changed from what I entered and had confirmed. I was only contacted and consented regarding the pick-up. I was never contacted about consenting to the drop off change. When I contacted Uhaul - I did get a resolution. The changes were frustrating and confusing.
