Conchetta J | Overall ExperienceA first my reservation was canceled in Surprise, Arizona no reason was given but associate did find rental units at a different location for a cheaper price at Litchfield location overall everyone was very polite thank you for there hospitality
Rene S | Online Move InCustomer service was poor. Employees were always rude, especially the female manager with red hair. Every encounter with a customer starts off confrontational not only with us, but all the customers before us.
JESSICA F | Overall ExperienceThe online process did not inform the on the ground staff to put a lock in my unit so I had to retrieve it from the office. The on the ground staff were friendly and great. I also had to call the facility after completing the online check-in because it was not clear how to select the insurance during the on-line check in.
