Having a Storage Unit 30 days for free really helped us with our out-of-state move. We vacated the space before the first months rent was due so that helped with our finances. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to family and friends.

We had to switch our off loading location at the last minute to El Paseo, they handled everything in stride and made a difficult situation, easy for us. Even stayed a little extra to ensure we had a good start with off loading the vehicle from the tow dolly & available carts to empty the truck. Thank you (Trevor) & staff at El Paseo U-Haul.

Sidney M | Overall ExperienceThe actual facility was well lit, but my individual inside unit had no lighting. I had to bring camp lights in order to see anything. I don’t remember being told about the app where I could manage payments and see my pass code. That would have been very useful to have. I accidentally found the app on my own. I asked for autopay, which was never applied to my account, so was charged late fees twice because I thought my payment would be automatically charged, after asking for autopay both times. Other than those issues, the facility and employees are very good.
