They said my unit was 4’ x 4’ x 8’. It’s not 8 feet tall. I haven’t measured it yet but it’s closer to 7 feet tall. I wish it was taller- I have some long things.

Sidney M | Overall ExperienceThe actual facility was well lit, but my individual inside unit had no lighting. I had to bring camp lights in order to see anything. I don’t remember being told about the app where I could manage payments and see my pass code. That would have been very useful to have. I accidentally found the app on my own. I asked for autopay, which was never applied to my account, so was charged late fees twice because I thought my payment would be automatically charged, after asking for autopay both times. Other than those issues, the facility and employees are very good.
