Emily Casto was very helpful. She took the extra time to make sure I knew how the storage lock worked. I had several family member deaths and the heated indoor storage units were a perfect solution for storing family items.

Facility was clean, bug free (which is exceptionally important to me), and from my experience pest free as well. Everything was safe and secure. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit and would utilize this facility again if future storage needs were to exist

The unit itself was very clean, climate-controlled, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my possessions were well-protected. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. There was one time when I was late with a payment, and when I called to explain the situation, they were very understanding and even waived the late fee as a courtesy. That level of customer service really stood out to me. If I ever need a storage unit again in the future, I will definitely choose U-Haul. I’d also recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to store their cared-about possessions. Their service and facilities are top-notch!
