The staff at this location are incredible. I was able to rent a van very easily; the process was extremely smooth, and the gentleman told me about the storage rentals. I was able to reserve a rental over the phone mid-move and keep the van safely on the property while I arranged the unit. There was a slight hiccup, but everyone was very professional while it was ironed out. My son accidentally lost a teeny tiny game cartridge and the gentleman was able to retrieve it, even going to extreme lengths to do so! Meanwhile, the lady working the desk was so very kind to my son. Everything was perfect!
