Uhaul is very deceptive. You rent 2 storages for over 10 years to find out that your belongings that you stored is either stolen or destroyed. I have some friends that I referred, and now moving out. I reported that my washer, dryer, deep freezer, 2 Curios stolen, just gone with Uhaul Management staff explaining on how they do inventory for auctions just in case. My question is. Is that when Uhaul is stealing your belongings and throw your belongings back in. I reported from day 1 and have not heard anything from Uhaul. MICHAEL a owner said to report it to Jose and saw my damaged property and had no answers for my stolen property. We feel that Uhaul don't care or shown any concern to the thief issue at hand. It is proof of what was stored and pictures.

Customer service rep had to re-enter my information multiple times. They were all confused as to which units were available and which weren’t. I ended up with 2 storage spaces in my name that I had to rectify. However the gentleman that helped me did stay a little after his shift to try and get it all squared away.
