Steven M | First ImpressionsWith online service. Initially had a problem with the store both room had locks on them, paid for already from my daughter. I then had to do the online and pay again. However couldn’t move in because it’s closes at ten. My daughter’s contract had 24 hours and I didn’t know that it was not added to my contract so couldn’t access. So had to cancel and redo the next day. I was taken care of from Antonio yesterday and again by Xavier and Jose the GM today. Thank you to these 3 people who listened and followed through. Now I can say I’m fully satisfied!
Bridgit T | Online Move InOnly issue, I received a call the following day after loading my storage unit, that my lock had been cut off by mistake. they provided me with a new lock and an apology. They had to re-enter my information into their system.

As a business I would suggest giving you prior customers the option to move or upgrade. Especially to a cooler space.
