First & foremost I have to mention Yesica Barragán. Exceptional manager and person! Her love for the job and all the people that come through this Uhaul location truly shows with every interaction. Her work ethic, kindness and knowledge about anything and everything related to the trucks, storage and moving. She was a breath of fresh air to deal with considering I had just moved from Florida to Georgia. She made me feel welcomed and helped me with the process of removing the trailer off the hinge and walking me through everything. It was pouring rain and freezing but she did everything effortlessly. Always making sure each customer who came through was acknowledged and assisted accordingly. 12/10!!!!

Dayan M | First ImpressionsI’m extremely disappointed that I specifically requested a dolly for my move. As a single mother of two young children, I’m moving all by myself. I had requested that they put the dolly in the back of the U-Haul, and they did so once I arrived at my location. However, I now realize that the dolly wasn’t in the U-Haul, so I can’t move any of my belongings. As a result, I have to rent the U-Haul for a longer period of time, which will cost me more money. I don’t think this is fair, and I believe it should be taken into consideration
