I had so many regrets for using this place. The young boys working need better guidance and the manager needs to be more available and on site. The storage access hours need to be extended. They have no sympathy or empathy even when offering to pay but needing time or something. I’m just glad to have my stuff out and in a better storage with better rates and nicer friendly staff.

Her love for the job and all the people that come through this Uhaul location truly shows with every interaction. Her work ethic, kindness and knowledge about anything and everything related to the trucks, storage and moving. She was a breath of fresh air to deal with considering I had just moved from Florida to Georgia. She made me feel welcomed and helped me with the process of removing the trailer off the hinge and walking me through everything. It was pouring rain and freezing but she did everything effortlessly. Always making sure each customer who came through was acknowledged and assisted accordingly. 12/10!!!!
