I needed the largest unit they had. So I looked at the board above the desk and pointed out the largest listed. I was then told they had no more of those, but they could let me use two smaller units that were side-by-side that should equal the size of the bigger unit. So reluctantly, I went with that because all of my stuff was in my U-Haul and I had to do something with it. As we started to load up the units (they were tiny) I realized our stuff was not gonna fit. Not even half of my things would fit in both these small units. I went back to the front desk and after asking them about the sizes I saw as I was walking through the storage unit I found out they had an even bigger unit that’s not on the board and they had some available. Why did they not tell me this when I told them I was worried about my stuff fitting in the two tiny units and that I needed the largest unit. Anyway, I ended up having to rent three freaking storage units when all I had to do is rent one. Because I was exhausted and didn’t want to unpack the two tiny units that we had just spent all day loading up. Then as the following month happened, I was getting late notices before my rent was even due. I’d call them and they agreed my rent was not late. The list goes on with how inept the staff was and I can’t say how glad I am to finally be done and rid of this business.

Need to hire more people. There seems to always be a stand in line time. Also, a bill in the mail would be an awesome reminder to pay ahead of time especially if you are not capable of sending a text or gmail reminder
NEAL W | First ImpressionsStaff was friendly and nice to work with. However I rented a 10ft by 15ft by 8ft room, it was maybe 8ft by 10ft by 7ft. There was also a massive ventilation duct running through part of the room which was 2ft by 2ft by 7ft. Also small doorway to get items out of storage facility, was 3ft by 7ft, causing most of my furniture not to fit inside of the room.
