Due to an unidentified failure, we discovered that the "climate controlled" environment of our storage unit did not control the humidity from this Houston, Texas air. Everything in the unit was inspected and found to be covered in mildew. All of our books, papers, and fabrics had to be thrown out. The management (no help) told us that we should have bought the offered storage insurance. However, on inspecting the policy limitations, we discovered that it also does NOT cover mildew. I will spread this lack of concern and indifference for your customers far and wide on social media!
