Process of renting was difficult. I chose a 10x20, but when I got there (and had to wait until someone came from another location) I was told there was no 10x20, and that I had to take a 20x20 at a higher rate. When I said I’d call corporate, the 10x20 was magically available. I don’t like being lied to. The grounds and the unit were dirty. Many insects in and around the unit, and grass or weed clippings all over. The door would not stay open without being propped, and was very noisy (horrible maintenance). When I wanted to check out, rather than have a rep check the unit, I had to drive a half an hour (which is why I moved out) to take a picture of the unit, showing it was clean (much cleaner than when I moved in. I moved my belongings into a closer, unaffiliated unit that was clean, maintained and had much better security. Between this rental, and my last leaking truck experience, I am done with U-Haul, and will NOT recommend you to anyone.
