Molly C | First ImpressionsRude staff. Every staff member I engaged with was rude. One of them even barked at my dog who was in my vehicle. Access doors don’t really lock. Another tenant stores food and drink openly, with their storage door open most of the time, which is against U-Haul storage rules that are clearly posted less than15 ft from this unit used to store food and drink exposing other tenants to rodents and bugs attracted to the prohibited items stored. Also, this same person who rents this food storage unit, hit me with her/his/their van and didn’t apologize or even act as if they cared. Makes me wonder if this person is the person in charge of this U-Haul facility. Why else would a tenant feel emboldened to openly store prohibited items in an open storage locker. Would not recommend. Could not get out of here fast enough. Trashy and ghetto.
Sean D | Overall ExperienceUnderstaffed, leading to stressed staff and customers. A staff remember was helping me, I had to go measure something very quickly. When I came back, he had gone outside to check people in. When the only man left upfront called him, he said I'd have to wait because he was busy. It took him forever to find me action that would work and then I had to start over with the other man. Units are nice and facility is as described. It took me a long time to unload my small load due to all of the spots being full. One truck was there the entire 90 minutes I was there, and I saw no one with the truck. I returned the next day, and the truck was still there taking up one of the four spots.

Becky H | First ImpressionsI did not require the storage unit for very long, but the time I had a storage unit, I found the experience very easy to start, maintain, and even stop. The unit was very clean and I had no difficulty finding my assigned storage unit. The unit number is assigned randomly but there's an exterior door reasonably close to all units. Every staff member was always friendly. Sometimes a hand cart wasn't immediately available, but when a staff member found out I had no hand cart, they would go and get the first available and bring it to me. I highly recommend UHaul Storage to anyone, during a move or during your regular life.
