They were resurfacing the lot without any communication, so the loading dock was closed and moving trucks couldn’t get in making it a complete inconvenience. How U-Haul Reviews WorkI asked for a 24 hour access to the building. They said no because I work days. I don’t have a way to be there before 7 o’clock at night. They gave me 24 hour access took it away and did not tell me they took it away because I owed them so much money supposedly they really didn’t give applicable notice about things They were very judgmental and rude. I’ve called up there to speak with them about my situation that I had at hand at the moment I’ve recently went through a breakup out of an extremely abusive relationship and went out on my own. I tried to get them to understand that I get you guys are running a business, but somebody could’ve worked with me or giving me a little bit more time to get my stuff out of there due to the fact that I left the person that I was solely dependent on for everything so because of them, I have lost everything everything I own gone. My kids are gone now I’m not only am I a single mother of three kids pretty much homeless living with a friend at least on the streets with a car that barely runs and drives but now I don’t even have any of my possessions and now me and my kids have to start completely over and that is extremely expensive

Jessica F | First ImpressionsPrior to this new agreement for space 1242 we shared a larger space there in unit 1258 in a locker in the name of our son, Matt Smith, who has/had account with you that included 1258. We believe that my wife and I (Don & Alexis ) have never had an agreement or a storage unit with UHAUL there. Please correct me if I am wrong about that. Matt no longer has anything stored in 1258, nor do we now, so this move terminates and we vacate 1258. You now have 1258 listed as CUSTOM READY for someone new, and MATT has another unit in his name only and we, Don and Alexis, now have only unit 1242. Please acknowledge your acceptance of Matt's and our respective respective termination notices to any interest in 1258, but are excited with a new unit in our names, but not Matt's, and his continued occupancy of the separate unit in his name alone.

Then the next month they contacted me and told me my payment was late and that they were going to charge me late fees. Also, my alarms went off even after putting in the codes. The dock area for the larger trucks don't stay open late enough and there's no signage. Overall, the storage seemed well maintained, no trash or debis lying around. I appreciate the carts too!

The major down point was that the mattress carts were not big enough for a pillow topped queen size mattress. It was extremely hard to get our mattress to the storage locker. I am sure we have not been the first to experience this if the middle bar was not in the mattress cart then everything would’ve been wonderful!
