Areli C | Online Move InThe gentleman that was helping me behind the counter, I believe his name was Richard. He was very short with me and was very agitated. I asked if I could see a 5 x 10, he thought I said 10 x 10 so when I came back he was very irritated even though I know for sure I said 5 x 10. After all of that, I had my truck loaded up and I was going to load my unit and it was after hours, the code that I gave them did not work. Even calling the U-Haul number, they had the same number, but it would not open the front door to get in to the main place.
