They restricted my access to my unit and put a big red lock on my unit even though I was paid in full and hadn’t broke any rules. Every single time I wanted to get in my unit there was a red lock requiring me to go to the office to have it unlocked. They were disrespectful and unprofessional. There was no way that I could continue being a customer here. It was unbelievable!

Ashleigh L | First ImpressionsFinding a dead mouse in my assigned storage unit was not acceptable. They should be checked before allowing someone to move in. In total, it took about an hour to get from my unit and into it and assigned a new unit. I definitely would not recommend this place. I definitely will be moving my stuff out ASAP.
