Atrocious, unnecessary check in procedure that involves reading a giant board full of unrelated information and vague threats to find the one sentence which gives a hint to enter an access code into a specific unmarked keypad. Keypads are placed randomly near the 12 doors (none of which you can actually use) but you need to enter a number into the specific, unmarked keypad that is 2 feet away from the door keypad. Then you have to use the door keypad. Did I mention they are 2 feet away but still both have to be used? Also if you don't use them correctly, the info board full of threats states they can bar access on your next visit. This super secure and secret keypad (sarcasm) is the only security present, so anyone can access the area at all times of the day/night. Narrow aisles that are half blocked by water fountains. Fire code violation I'm sure. The narrow near useless carts won't even fit past the water fountains. People's unwanted items left in piles by the carts When I finally tracked down an employee to show me the super secret keypad that had to be, inexplicably, used first, they were dismissive and rude. Sorry you have to answer the same question a dozen times a day. Put up better, simpler signage. Maybe, ENTER ACCESS CODE HERE First would be a good start.

Stephen F | Overall ExperienceThe only issue we encountered was a lot of mice feces was throughout our stored boxes upon move out. We purposely made sure that we had no food in our 10 x 10 storage locker to avoid that very result but I presume not every one takes that precaution. Jeremiah shared with us that they have a company that comes in and sprays regularly but that apparently didn't stop the mice from living amongst our things for the 6 months that we rented the storage space. We have had to take special precautions to insure not taking the mice with us to our new place which was disappointing but that was the only negative thing that we experienced.
