Stephen F | Overall ExperienceThe only issue we encountered was a lot of mice feces was throughout our stored boxes upon move out. We purposely made sure that we had no food in our 10 x 10 storage locker to avoid that very result but I presume not every one takes that precaution. Jeremiah shared with us that they have a company that comes in and sprays regularly but that apparently didn't stop the mice from living amongst our things for the 6 months that we rented the storage space. We have had to take special precautions to insure not taking the mice with us to our new place which was disappointing but that was the only negative thing that we experienced.

Brannon R | Overall ExperienceIt would be nice if renters were made aware of the location of their unit in advance. As well as some effort to put handicap persons nearer the front of the building. My unit was so far in the back of the building I never actually saw it as I am unable to walk that far. It is especially nice that wheeled carts are made available for renters as well as Clean bathrooms.

The security system for entering the facility, as well as the cameras, resulted in my feeling safe to go in and out of the facility by myself. I have stored items there twice for different moves. TEJAS G | Overall ExperienceThe female staff members were cruel and mean to me. They restricted my access to my unit and put a big red lock on my unit even though I was paid in full and hadn’t broke any rules. Every single time I wanted to get in my unit there was a red lock requiring me to go to the office to have it unlocked. They were disrespectful and unprofessional. There was no way that I could continue being a customer here. It was unbelievable!
