Joanne C. | Overall ExperienceThe managing person (Lou, I think) was great, friendly, helpful, etc. The problem is the facility itself, it’s condition, age, access. Our door was stiff, difficult to open/close. The lock mechanism was also very stiff, stuck, requiring excessive force to open. The door seal at the bottom allowed debris to enter, e.g. dust, leaves etc. On a few occasions I noticed the entry gates open all night. Guess the electronics are faulty. The width of the car lanes do not allow a vehicle to pass/get by another, that may be loading or unloading storage items. This situation did not happen to me, but with the summer coming, I forsee it occurring. The price for a 10x10 is about $12 more than my new shed location; so that’s $144.00 more per year, for an old r
