richard g | Overall ExperienceI ran a used furniture business for three years and had between 1-5 storage units at a time at this facility, of various sizes. I can tell you that if you're trying to decide between unit sizes, go up to the bigger one if it's available because those sell out very quickly and there were times I needed to temporarily rent an extra smaller one while I waited for a biggerr one to become available. I was lucky that all of my units were on the 1st floor, but there is an elevator to the 2nd floor. There is an indoor loading dock in building C, which is fantastic, and an exterior loading dock for building B. The bathroom is in building A and can only be accessed through the front door (despite signs on the floors indicating a cut through- don't be fooled!) There is no staff onsite but they are literally a phone call or an email away and respond quickly to any issues. I always felt safe coming here late at night and there is 24 hour access. It was a perfect setup for my business. Thanks Jen and Alex and Brian and everyone else!
