And I wish there was still staff and an office in Smithtown, but I understand it's difficult... Otherwise your staff and facilities are excellent, thank you.

That it would be $79.99 each month with the first month free. That was not the case when I got there, and they refused to even help me told me I needed to go to another location and the cost is $116.00. I will be looking for a new place as I will never use Uhaul again

Also not happy new locks were forced upon us, and a three day grace period does not include the actual date due, but I appreciate the efficiency and access otherwise.
