Overall the unit themselves are fine. It’s not the facility itself it’s the people that work there. I had a reservation for a unit over a month out before I was to move in, the facility overbooked and didn’t have the correct unit available for me, causing me to have to move into a bigger unit which was more expensive. The workers are rude, don’t care to actually help you out. They just pad some problem off to the next person. The hours are ridiculous. And won’t give you an extra back up access card. It’s all just a very inconvenience of a place and I can’t wait to leave.

They scammed my information into a rental and then racked up a $2500 amount due. I look foward to the trial because I've retained an attorney for uhauls continued harassment.

They messed up my reservation when I arrived And now im in a bigger unit paying a higher price than what I had reserved. For this reason I emptied my unit and canceled our relationship. By the way, "You are allowed to comment one time for each move-out.", seriously? You are not doing me a favor allowing me to comment. You should see this as valuable feedback, not a favor you grant your ex-customers.

Very clean and all needed move in equipment were provided free of cost. New locks with key were provided free of cost for the storage unit. Very professional !!!
