KRISTIE V | Overall ExperienceAlways an issue with the computer systems being down. Every time I had to deal with front desk (from checking in during initial reservation, giving me the wrong unit initially, giving an outdoor unit without temperature control, to getting a new unit card, to reserving a truck to move out and moving out) it took an excessive amount of time to get help or to have each process completed. The price of the 10X10 unit is over $100.00 more per month then almost any other storage facility that is cleaner, more efficiently run with staff and brand new.
