Nolan Pinson, the facility Manager, was THE most professional, personable and knowledgeable person. Dealing with him was always a pleasure, he was always ready to help out when needed and had answers to all of my questions. I would never consider using or recommending any other U-Haul in this area! Couple of days before moving belongings complained again. No help Pointed out crack in ceiling of storage unit to manager

Doug M | First ImpressionsTo: U Haul Team From: Mike Condon - Happy Customer Excellent customer experience with the Little River U Haul Storage Center team lead by Manager - Nolan Pinson and assistant Jordan on Wednesday 26 March. Mr. Pinson was polite and professional. Nolan helped me with my move decisions concerning additional storage needs and answered all questions on use of different trucks and trailers. My off load into a 20x10 storage space and return of a 6x12 trailer was seamless and meet all expectations. Thank you Little River Team Mike Condon 757-846-4346

He got my new information, my new address etc and my new bank number so he could refund me two months of unit charges I made when it should have been empty by then but I have not received the money just
