DERICK B | Overall ExperienceThere needs to be a physical person at this location. Hand Carts are stolen, homeless people frequent the premises, renters leave trash outside their units, there are shady people hanging out in their vehicles, waiting for renters to show up so they can access the property. We have had several people approach us asking us to let them in to use the restroom. There needs to be a dumpster available for renters, because when someone doesn't want to take trash with them, they throw it in the giveaway section. This location has been useful to us, since it is enclosed and is uhaul, but there needs to be someone at this location, period. There have been several times I have left, without being able to access my unit because of the shady people/dealings in the parking lot. I did not feel safe to enter alone. Half the time, the cameras work and the other, they don't.
