0 it's been okay so far only thing I didn't like was I would get notices when my payment didn't go through but I didn't get notices when it was actually paid because my wife was paying it so I would always get a notice saying a payment failed or whatever is said but when she would pay it it never would pop up in my email that's my only issue
BENEAL S | Overall ExperienceThe person helping me was very polite and explained everything well. Sunday you can’t access the storage past 5. That’s not convenient. And they don’t honor the advertised, “Rent a Uhaul get the first month free.” I understand it but it’s not fair.

I had issues with storage unit as some of my stuff were not in great condition but thankfully hannah helped us with that too. Overall experience has been great with U-haul at colonel glenn

I actually had it cleaned out and verified this in the office on the morning of January 2, and I still got charged another month's rent and it has yet to be refunded.
